Coaching is the practice of helping people move from where they are now towards where they want to be. It is forward-looking: instead of focusing on the past, coaching is about what is possible today – what you want, what’s in the way, and how you can move forward. It's a safe space to talk about what matters just for you (forget outside opinions), a time to pause and plan, and make change happen.
coaching and therapy
Therapy helps you understand the past, work through trauma, and address mental health issues. Coaching is not clinical and focuses only on moving forward. The two work very well together.

I use the word “wellness” to describe my coaching a little reluctantly. I am annoyed with how loaded "wellness” got: specific supplements, the right cardio, the right strength training, body recomp, infrared light therapy, cold plunges, coffee at the exact time, protein goals, optimising sleep, cortisol and stress levels, “cycle syncing”, "hormone balance", heal your gut, calm your nervous system, test a hundred blood markers...
Just listing all this (and I'm sure there are many trends I forgot to mention) feels stressful. My job is to help you sift through the clutter and put into action what is useful (and actually doable).
"The disciplined life looks impressive, but the well-designed life lasts longer. Before you try to find more willpower, design your environment and arrange your day so you're more likely to follow through."
James Clear

life transitions
Life’s biggest challenges happen whether you’re ready or not – a new baby, a loss, a breakup, or a career change. Coaching gives you a space to deal with what’s happening and move forward with purpose.
habits that last
Habits that only work when life is easy aren’t real habits; they’re just good intentions. We build routines that are simple enough to keep up with during tough weeks and steady enough to create real change over time.
energy
Most clients say low energy is their first concern. We’ll look at what’s draining you and create small, lasting habits with sleep, food, and movement to help you feel better.
fitness you enjoy
Most women know they should be more active. The real challenge is finding something that fits your life and that you actually enjoy. We’ll find your version of fitness, something that works with your schedule, needs, and preferences.
eating well
Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated. We’ll find a way of eating that’s healthy and realistic for your life, so it becomes your normal routine.
home organising
Your environment shapes your habits more than willpower does. With my background in home organisation, I can help you set up your spaces so it’s easier to build good habits and harder to fall back into old ones.
the next chapter
Thinking you need a perfect plan for a perfect future can keep you stuck. We’ll look honestly at where you are now, talk about what you want next, and start from there. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just the next step.
