tools: value explorer
Values are what actually shape how you live, what you choose, and what feels off when something is not aligned. This exercise will take you through three rounds of choosing, each one narrowing the list a little further, until you arrive at three values that are very much "you". At the end, you'll get a card to keep.
Coming back to your core values when facing a decision, big or small, helps to make the path clearer. Don't think too much. Let your instinct guide you.
We can feel we’re doing well in one or more areas of life but still feel unsatisfied. That’s because we need relative balance across all areas. This tool lets you assess how different areas of your life are looking right now and how they connect. It shows where you’re doing well and where you’d like to improve. It’s useful when life feels flat and you’re not sure where to start.
how to use it
Begin at the top and go clockwise, rating each area from 1 to 10. Think about each one as much or as little as feels right. What each area means is personal to you.
You might find it useful to take a screenshot of your wheel. It’s a snapshot of where you are now.
