tools: wheel of life

We can feel we’re doing well in one or more areas of life but still feel unsatisfied. That’s because we need relative balance across all areas. This tool lets you assess how different areas are looking right now and how they connect. It shows where you’re doing well and where you’d like to improve.

how to use it
Begin with the pink section and go clockwise, rating each area from 1 to 10. What each area means is personal to you.

Take a snapshot when you're done. A good question to ask yourself is: "What is the area that could create the biggest impact on the others if it improved it just a little?"

If you'd like to explore what comes next, I'd be glad to work through it with you.
